Dr. Sam Dosumu
Former Associate Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs
Maricopa Community College District
Phoenix, Arizona
I met Dr. Busch in 2016 when my institution, Maricopa Community Colleges, held a Game Changers event in which leadership from Pima Community College (Tucson) was invited to attend and listen to national experts on game changer strategies that will help students towards college completion. Dr. Busch and I began to work together as our institutions formed the core of the Complete College America - Arizona Alliance team.

Gregg himself is a game changer. He is hard working; conscientious; intelligent and very patient as he walked our teams through understanding the commitment and the amount of work it entails to construct a successful state alliance. Dr. Busch had done similar work in another state; hence, his expertise, and ability to bring folks from different backgrounds and experiences together is admirable. He did not display an air of "knowing it all"; instead, we discussed and he helped us understand what our institutions could do to reach the goals we aspired to. Gregg serves as the state team lead for Complete College America's Arizona Consortium, and without a doubt, is the best person to help us get started, and steer us through the challenging waters of becoming an Alliance and just all round helpful.

I am impressed with his background and his knowledge, and we couldn't have asked for a better person and professional to lead the Consortium. Gregg is helpful, friendly and always willing to lend a hand when called upon.

Without a doubt, Gregg is someone an institution needs on their leadership team.
